Sliding glass door

Hi,

We have an old sliding glass door in our house. It goes into our sunroom. Door was already here when my parents bought the house. Not sure of make or model of door. The rollers have started to break and have had no luck finding replacement rollers. Would you know if a replacement roller for the attached picture. The door has 2 of the same roller on it.
