Get me a price and availability. Can't find a serial number or brand, although the screen door does say Quanex. But can't find anything on the door itself. Need lock and keys too.

Thanks for posting! Your patio door handle set can be replaced with our 82-086 Legacy Keyed Handle Set. This set will come with a new lock and a compatible set of keys. If you would like to make extra keys for the door, you can use the 82-322 Key Blank.
If you are looking to replace the mortise lock in addition to the handle set, it is sold separately. It is the 82-265 Multi-Point Mortise Lock. To confirm that this is the correct replacement, be sure to look over the dimension. Keep in mind, you may also need to replace the keeper with the 82-249 Sliding Glass Door Multi-Point Keeper; there is a chance yours may not be compatible with our mortise lock.
I did also want to mention that we typically see this type of damage to handle sets when there is excessive force being applied to them for one of three reasons. The track may be damaged, there may be debris in the wheels or on the track, or the rollers need to be replaced. This is something to consider when completing your repairs.
