Sliding window replacement wheels hardware

Question

I tried to remove the wheel hardware however it would not come out and I'm thinking it is probably attached to the frame.  I took pictures to show you and looking for help to replace this part.

The roller is definitely not attached to the frame. They are two separate and distinct parts.

As for why it won't come off, I'm not sure. Once the rail is off the door then the roller should just come out. If you're having trouble removing yours then it's possible that it's just old and a little stuck in there. It also looks to be partially corroded, so that's probably not helping. I would lubricate it with oil for a few hours to see if that helps convince it to budge.
