I don't know the manufacturer of the windows..no numbers on the hardware. Windows are 20 year plus old.

Unfortunately, I was unable to locate your window roller assembly. I did find a possible substitute, which would be our 87-012 that might work for you.
It pushes into the window sash channel and the width is 7/16". The locking teeth come out 9/16" and with pliers, you can bend them wider. The complete height with the wheel is 3/8". Please look it over and see if you think that this part could work for your repair. Thanks for posting.
