Snap in glazing

A home owner from Naples FL says:
As you can see I need to replace the snap in glazing sections on the is window. The diagonal flat surface is 5/8 inch wide. We are having ant problems and it appears the ants may have nested inside the glazing. The windows are metal, and have a Seasonshield name on the hardware. Do you have a replacement product for the glazing. Thank you

Tom from SWISCO responded:
Can you remove a section of the glazing bead you need to replace? We need to see the piece in profile, as shown below:

A quick learner from outside window says:
There does not seem to be a simple way to remove the inside dividers attached to the perimeter pieces. I am afraid if I break the window it will take a long while to find a company to replace it due to the backlog the hurricane created. I am sending along two more pictures which may allow you to provide directions on how the divider can be removed. Thanks

Tom from SWISCO responded:
I'm afraid these new pictures don't tell us anything new. All glazing more or less looks the same while installed. The only way to identify a match is to compare its end profile to those replacement options available. There is no other way. You can see our entire selection here. If you are not comfortable replacing the glazing, I recommend hiring a local professional who will do it for you.
