Thanks for writing in! Based on the specifications you confirmed, your balance appears to be the 3/8" diameter S900-21 with a green tip.

The compatible pivot shoe and pivot bars are sold separately from the shoe. If you are looking to replace those in addition to the balances, I'm happy to take a look at photos of the hardware.

We do not carry an exact match for your tilt window pivot shoes but I believe our 15-146 could possibly work as a suitable replacement. Look over the dimensions and carefully compare them to your existing shoe to confirm if this is the right fit.
