Spiral Balance - 20-3/4" tube

Question

Thanks for your help!  I need a spiral balance with a 20-3/4" tube.  Since this is not a standard size, I'm looking for your advice.  Also, there is no colored end -- and I have no bathroom scale for weighing my window. The window is double-paned (with internal separator to make it look like 6 lights), glass measuring 21-1/2" x 18-1/2" (with 1-1/2" vinyl trim surrounding all).  Thank you!

The weight could be 12 pounds, based on that sash size, but the only way to know for a fact is to weigh the sash. 12 pounds is my best estimate but I cannot guarantee that this is what you have. As for the balance itself, can you tell me what Series you have?
