Spiral Balance ID

Question

Needing a few parts. The bracket that holds the spiral is broken and the spiral spring doesnt seem to work.

Hey, Randall. This looks like a pretty basic tilt window spiral balance setup. For the balance itself, you could have either the 9/16" diameter Series 600 or 3/8" diameter Series 900, depending on the size of the tube. I think this is the 9/16" but you will have to measure to confirm.

For the pivot shoe that it connects to, there are too many possibilities for me to list anything now. If possible, please tell me the exact width and thickness of the shoe itself. I recommend removing it from the window ahead of time to ensure that your dimensions are as accurate as possible. In the meantime, you can see our selection here.
