It appears you need new pivot shoes, spiral balances, and screen retainers. We can help with each item, but you'll need more information to pare down what you need.

  • For the pivot shoe, you'll need to remove it from the window and measure the width and thickness. Compare those dimensions and the appearance of the shoe to our selection here.
  • For the spiral balance, you'll need to measure out the length and diameter of the outer tube to determine whether it's a Series 600 or Series 900.
  • That screw helps hold the spiral damage in place. If it's undamaged, you can reuse it.
  • For the screen retainer, there's a few different shapes. You can see our selection here.
