Thanks for your patience during this busy summer. We can definitely supply this balance as a custom order, though it won't be our Series 500. This is a special Hybrid-type balance.

Before we go any further, would it be possible to see a photo of the stamp itself? These cannot be returned for a refund so I want to be 100% sure of what that stamp reads. I also need to know the color of the tube so that will kill two birds with one stone.

Hello again! I actually think I was able to track down this balance, but I would still like the photos I requested for confirmation. Custom balances cannot be returned for a refund so I would like to be 100% sure.

Certainly, we should be able to help with this project. Before we can continue, though, we need a bit more information from you.

To start, can you tell me the actual sash weight? Please be as precise as possible. Estimations won't be sufficient for our purposes.

Can you also tell me the color of the tube? The three options are White, Gray, and Black.

Finally, can you tell me how many roll pins you have at the end of the balance, and their size? There should be 1 or 2 pins, and their size should either be 1/4" or 1/2".

Once we have these points of data we can get the ball rolling.

There is a good chance that there is no alternative for your balance. In almost all cases for a project like this, you have to use an identical balance as replacement.

Either way, I won't know whether you have an exception to that rule until we receive all information outlined above. Please let me know whenever you can supply me with each point of data. It is the bare minimum we need to continue.

Thank you for these photos, they're very helpful. Are you also able to answer the other questions I asked? We still need to know the precise sash weight and the information regarding the pins. I can't quite make them out from these photos.

To reiterate, I need all the information I requested above. If you cannot answer each question I asked, we won't be able to assist you. Please try your best to supply the data I requested so that we can move forward.

Regarding location, our business is exclusively online. We don't have a physical store, unfortunately.

Thanks for verifying. Would that weight you gave be in kilograms? If so, that translates to roughly 66.1 pounds. Can you verify that? The manufacturer rates these in pounds.

I also still need you to tell me how many roll pins are at the end of the balance, as well as their size. There should be either 1 or 2 pins and their size should be 1/4" or 1/2".

Contractor from Denver Co 80227
The weight will be 66,1 pounds, each window has two roll pins one on each side and their size of the diameter is 5/8"

Have a grand day.

I'm very sorry for the confusion. What we need is the width of the pins, not the diameter. The only sizes are 1/4" or 1/2", so it will only be one of those two sizes.
Once we have that we can get the ball rolling on this order.

Oh, I apologize for that, absolutely he has 1/4"
Note: before to start the order we need the approbation to the customer, so we need before a quote.

Okay, we're good to go on our end. I'll go ahead and email you a purchase link and price quote now that will let you add 12 of these balances to your cart, after which you can place an order on our site as normal. These will be made specific to the details and photos you provided in this thread.

One last thing to note: your original stamp indicated a sash weight of only 50 pounds, which is much lighter than your given sash weight of 66 pounds. That's not necessarily abnormal, installers use the wrong parts all the time. Just something to be mindful of. We're making you a balance based on the weight you gave us, not the stamp of the original balance.

These typically take 6 business weeks to make at minimum, but it may take as long as 90 business days.
