Thank you for reaching out to us! I'm afraid the Series 500 can't be calibrated for this kind of sash weight. We'd be happy to look into this, however, we'll just need more information. Can you tell us the diameter of the outer tube? May we also see detailed photos of the balance assembly removed from the window?
