Hello there!

It seems like you need a balance for a tilt window. In that case, I suggest going for either the 3/8" Series 900 or 5/8" Series 600. Please take a closer look at the specifications and let me know if you have any questions. Unfortunately, we do not offer replacement balance/channel covers. I apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Would I round up or down for a 25 1/2" balance?

We recommend rounding up, which would be the 26" length.
