Looks like you need a tilt latch and pivot shoe. The tilt latch looks like our 26-334, but I don't know what the pivot shoe is. I'll need you to tell me its thickness. You may find it easier to measure after you remove it from the window, but whatever way works best for you. Just make sure your measurement is as accurate as possible.
