Spiral Balances and Related Parts

Hi
I need help identifying these parts unfortunately I didn't measure the length or width of the existing balancers, however the only thing I've seen is the green plastic on the bottom of the balancer I don't know if that helps but if needed I can go back to the house and measure them. Thank you

Thanks for posting. I am afraid we'll need both the length and diameter of the outer tube on this spiral balance; the color tip only tells us the weight it is calibrated to support. If you need to replace the pivot shoe as well, we'll need you to remove this from the window and give us the width and thickness of the shoe. From there, we'll do our best to find the right match.
