It looks like the main issue is that your pivot shoe is damaged. We would need to see an undamaged shoe removed from one of your windows, along with written-out dimensions to confirm the exact width and thickness, to compare to our inventory.

Your balance may be a match for the S600 but you would need to confirm if your housing tube has the same 5/8" diameter. Thank you.
