Spiral balance length help

Question

I need spiral window balances for a vinyl window. I need blue tip 5/8" but am not sure what length to get.I have misplaced the original balances.

My total double hung window measures 28 X 46 1/2 inch.

The visible glass in the sash is 21 3/4" x 25" .

Could you please advise me on what length balance I need. It is for the upper half of the double hung window.

Thanks for posting. Our associate tells us you called and mentioned that the visible glass is actually 19". Based on that, we recommend a 21" long spiral balance. In your case, an S600-21.
