Spiral balances

Thank you for your patience during this busy season. Your balance has a bit of an odd configuration. We should be able to supply it, but it will very likely need to be a custom order. We also need additional information from you in order to make sure we get everything right, since there are a few subtle variations of this product.

To start, can you tell me the length of the two pins at the end of the spiral rod? They're what you show in the first photo, here. 

Would it also be possible to see a photo of an undamaged balance?

Finally, I will need a photo of the sash clip that those two pins lock into.

Once I have that information, I will do my best to find you a replacement that will get your window operational again.
