Red 5/8 springs 21" long have springs need 16 locking blocks windows 20 years old every time my wife tries to clean the windows and tilts the windows in the brittle plastic blocks break so need to replace all 16. Looked through your catalog think I know which blocks to order but not absolutely positive

The company that made your window part has gone out of business. It looks like yours is 1-1/4" wide by 1/2" thick, which makes me think you can use our 15-046 pivot shoe as a replacement. If you also need the spiral balance, consider our 5/8" diameter Series 600 spiral balance. I've also related some helpful videos to this page that you may want to look over.
