Spiral window sash balance

I have a non-tilt window, and it won't stay up. The spiral window balance has no name or serial numbers on it. It is 16 inches long, 9/16 diameter, and white plastic on the tip. Which serial number of spiral balance tube should I order? Thanks

I've never seen a non-tilt window use a spiral balance like this. If I were just going off of your pictures then I would have told you this is for a tilt window. Can you confirm that?
If this is a non-tilt window, then I will need to see the clip or bracket that the bottom end of your balance connects to. That may give me the clue I need to find a match.
