Hey can?t find manufacturers for my vinyl windows but here is a pic and measurements of the spiral for bedroom

What are the diameter and length of the tube by itself? If it's 5/8" x 16", choose S600-16.

The windows are heavier then what you offer under S600-16 I think
I purchased the white before they were not strong enough to hold window up

Your old tip was red, so it's to be expected that the white tip wouldn't work. What's the weight of the window sash?

I do not know how can I find out? I don?t have a scale to weigh it what do you suggest.

You would need a scale, I'm afraid. Is there any reason you aren't leaning toward using the same red tip the old balance used?
