Spring lock for peachtree double hung Ariel window

Can you show us the hardware in question, preferably out of the window? That would help narrow down what you might need. Many thanks. 

Thanks for getting back to me. This shoe actually looks more like the 15-197 to me, which is similar to the 15-014 but has a different shape. See if you agree.
