The door sweep is gold with two insert openings. It has a grove in the center for the door and two holes on one side for installation. The black sweeps have a triangular lip at an angle on one side

I believe you have a Larson storm door. Please look at our 58-149 replacement sweep and compare its dimensions to your own to confirm.
