Storm door hinge

Our storm door hinges have broken or are beginning to split. I have attached 5 pictures of the hinge to this email. These hinges fit onto a z-bar which is attached to the frame of the door. Do you have hinges that would replace these? We live Viirginia

Good morning! There are two parts that come to mind. First, we have our 40-153, which appears to be a similar type of hinge. See if you could possibly use this as a replacement. If not, we also have the 40-165 hinge repair kit. You could also consider this.
