Surfaced Mounted Tilt Latch

Question

Hi, I can't decide if the tilt latch is product code 26-244 or 26-420. The measurement of the dimensions are the same. The only difference is that little tab on the end. This is for a Pennco In. single hung window.

Thanks for posting! The 26-244 and its left handed version (part 26-243) will work fine to replace your existing tilt latch. These are the latches that are most often used to replace what you have.

Since it is not a direct replacement, so long as the other dimensions are a match, the tab on the bottom should not disrupt the function of the window in any way.
