Swinging double door locks

I'm in search of the top or bottom lock for one of my swinging double doors that will secure the door the the upper jam or floor as shown in the picture. I also need the wood strip as shown in the picture that the locking mechanism is attached to on the edge of the door.

I'm afraid we don't have an exact match for this lock. The only thing we have that comes close is our 42-006, though I cannot guarantee that it will work for you. Look it over and see what you think.
