Thanks for reaching out. Your crank operator appears to be an older version of our 39-172 (its opposite 39-171). Although I am confident this is the replacement you'll need, take a look at the dimensions below for the 39-172 to confirm the measurements.
Your operator appears to be connected to the bottom of the window using our 39-548 bracket (opposite 39-549). Compare the measurements for our bracket to yours to confirm that it will be a fit.
These parts are typically purchased alongside our 39-048 casement hinges. When installing these, you will need to be sure to replace both the top and bottom hinges to make sure the windows continue to function properly; they can be used for both the left and right side of the window. It is highly likely that these are not an exact match for your existing hinges. I've included the dimension for these below.
