Does this Tee handle have 12 splines, accommodate a shaft length of 5/8" or greater, and have a outer diameter of about 3/4" at the base.

Thank you for posting. Yes, it does have 12 splines, the outer diameter is approximately 11/16", and while I can't make out the exact depth of the hole, I believe it can fit a 5/8" long shaft, yes.
