The black plastic balance part has broken

We'd be happy to help but we would need to see an undamaged balance fully removed from the window, including any end attachments and the number stamped on the metal channel, to compare to our inventory. Thank you! 

Thanks for reaching out to us. This balance is unfortunately too damaged to identify. Like Casey mentioned before, we have to see one in undamaged condition. Too many important components are missing from this.

When you have an undamaged version, please show us a clear picture of the top end, bottom end, and whatever clip or attachment is at the end of the cord. Since this is a tilt window we also need a clear photo of the pivot shoe.

We are unfortunately not able to help without this information. There's no way around it.
