The metal Cam is broken

A home owner from Baltimore says:

I would like to replace the metal part. The window is unable to operate. I do not see a name of the manufacturer on the window, but the snapping or breaking of this part is common.

Looks like you need a new pivot shoe. If that's all you were looking for then I recommend the 15-175. This should be a great match for the original, though you may want to look over our dimensions first just to be sure everything lines up.
