The window isn't opening. Is this part from you guys?

A quick learner from South Dakota says:
After a big storm and -20 degree weather for a few days the crank no longer opens the window. It feels like a gear is turning over. But the part has the following text visible to me "made in the USA" "48" and "90"or"06" can't tell which one. But is this part from you guys? If not do you happen to know who?

Thank you!

Hi there!

Thank you for reaching out to us. It sounds like your operator may be stripped. We didn't manufacture this part but we should be able to help. We would just need to see a photo of your operator with the window open so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible.

A quick learner from South Dakota says:
This is the furthest I can get my window open. It looks like the stripped gears have lil metal scrap pieces lodged in a spot to prevent the gear from turning. But this is the best picture I can get to try and show what it looks like. I can send a picture with a ruler next to it if that helps.

I actually just realized before sending this message that I could remove the wooden support. So there is an even better picture with the first one.

Perfect, thank you! Depending on the length of the link arm, it looks like you could have either the 39-031 & 39-032 or the 39-155 & 39-156 operators. Review our dimensions and compare them to yours to see if one of these matches your original assembly.
