Thermo tite window pivot

A handy person from New England says:

I guess this is a coil balance pivot. The metal part is cracked and so it doesn't slide up with the window. Looking for a replacement. Thanks!

Hello! Yes, that's the pivot shoe for a coil balance. Yours seems to match our 15-175, so that would be my recommendation.
