The piece closest to the window, a thin plastic, is cracked or broken away on a few windows in a house I just bought. Can I get replacements? I'm guessing a long length and then cut as needed? The old ones are very brittle, but I'm hoping when new they were/are soft, pliable plastic.

It looks like you might be in need of a face guide. Unfortunately, I'm not able to ID what you need based on this photo.
Would you happen to have any of these parts on hand for me to see? Maybe from an identical window in the house? Without a reference of the original, I'm afraid I won't be able to determine if we carry a match.
