My Window Won't Close

Quick Learner from Florida

Window doesn't close completely please attached pictures

The part appears to be 2" x 5 7/8". Approximately if you don't feel the operator is the issue please make recommendations. Thanks

Gavin.

Hello,

We can't be sure of the operator that you need with it still installed but we've related a few similar options on this page for you to start with. Additional images and dimensions can be found on each of our product pages. If none of them is an exact match, we'll need to see your assembly fully removed from the window with the link arm disengaged from the window linkage to research this further for you. Keep in mind that the distance between the installation holes and the diameter of the hole at the end of the link arm are key dimensions. Take a look and let us know if you have any other questions.

hey thanks for this on the arm I have 2.25" 5.25" pitch top to bottom on screws. and 1.5" between bottom screws now it could be a little less than 1.5" but certainly not 1.25" as your drawings call out..
Thanks For your help. Gavin do you have any others that would fit these dimensions.

We'd be happy to research this for you but we would need to see your operator and link arm fully detached from the window, as well as have you confirm the diameter of the hole at the end of the link arm. We also have operators such as the 39-350 that we related that have 1-3/8" bottom screw hole spacing but you'll need to confirm if that dimensions match your assembly exactly. Also, please confirm the distance between your to and bottom installation holes since you mentioned both 2-1/4" and 5-1/4" in your response. Thank you.
