Tie Bar and operator

A quick learner from San Francisco says:
Can you help find this Truth Hardware tie operator:
3 Cyllindracal roller (middle roller more or less centered in the middle between the other two rollers)
34.9 inches length
*It is not part 6-1481-35-3 as middle roller is not centered.

What type of Truth Hardware operator is this? The photos show operators for the left and right handed windows in this room.

Thanks for posting. The 38-962 Tie bar comes to mind, but the middle roller is not centered on this bar. Can you by any chance remove the Tie Bar and give us a clear picture of its entirety? Sorry for asking for this extra step, but I can then try and research if we can find another option for you.

For the Casement Operator, the 39-013 or 39-027E come to mind, depending on the length of the straight arm. Take a look at both and let me know what you think.
