Tilt Latch. Aluminum window.

The windows are original. Home was built in 1991.
Single Hung aluminum window frame.

Any help in finding either the actual latch or one with similar dimensions that can be re-drilled.

I'm afraid we don't have an exact match for this. I think you might want to consider our 26-314 top tilt latch. It will require you to redrill your installation holes.
