Tilt Latch Window Bottom Tension replacement?

Quick Learner from Chicago
I recently bought replacement parts product Code: 26-243 and 26-244 but didn't realize the window was also missing the corresponding pieces on the bottom of the window that create the tension to keep the window from falling down. Does anyone know which parts these are? The opening for the parts appears to be identical to the opening for the top tilt latch parts I purchased.

I'm not sure exactly what it is you're looking for. It sounds like you're describing the window balance, but they do not go on the bottom of the sash. That spot is usually reserved for the pivot bar. The pivot bar sits inside the balance shoe and allows the window to tilt out when needed.

Could this be what you're looking for? If so, then I can't say what you need without seeing your original pivot bar. As you can see from the section I linked to, there are a lot of different kinds. Would you happen to have any handy, maybe from an identical window elsewhere in the house?

I thought it might be a pivot bar too but when I looked at the options here and at other sites nothing looked even close. I'm fairly certain the purpose of these pieces is to hold the window in place when its slid up to open as this is the only window that doesnt stay up and the only one missing these pieces. Next time I am at the building I will try and take a picture of the bottom right and left sash from a window that has them and is working.
