Trying to identify which part I need. None of the parts on your website match.
It is a Tilt Window Spiral Balance
Measures 28.25 from the end-to-end on the metal casing.
It has a red tip and I measure 1/2 inch on the edge-to-edge diameter.
Anything I can use on your website without needing a custom piece?

Thanks for reaching out to us. If this is a tilt window then the diameter of the tube should only be either 9/16" or 3/8". I do not know of any 1/2" tilt window spiral balance. I would triple check that just to be sure.
As for length, you can round down; in your case, 28" should be fine. You just have to determine if you have the 9/16" Series 600 or the 3/8" Series 900. Those are the only two choices.
