Tilt coil balance

Question

I have 26 yr old Nordandex windows. 7 of them won't stay raised. Everything on your site looks different. Can you help me order the correct parts please. 5 of the window sash's are 16lb and 2 of them are 19lb

We should be able to help, but I will need to see the rest of the balance assembly before I can make a recommendation. There is a pivot shoe underneath the pieces you're showing in this photo, usually screwed to the spring itself. I will need to see a clear picture of that shoe in order to narrow down the list of possible replacements.
