Tilt window corner latch

A home owner from Memphis,TN says:

I'm looking to find replacements for some of these latches. I have included a picture of the insulated glass spacer which says "ARROWSPACE". The house was built around 2001 and is in Memphis Tennessee if that helps.

Unfortunately, we were unable to locate a source for your top tilt latches. We can suggest as a substitute a surface-mounted version, such as our 26-314. Please review the related video on this. Thanks for posting!
