Tilt window latch

Handy Person from Trinity, NC

I have a top tilt window sash with a broken tilt window latch that I can not find in your inventory. I included pictures of the top rail and the latch. It is internal mounted, just 1 piece with a spring mounted to it. It is held in place by a small screw on the underside. If you do not have this, do you have anything I can use in it's place. This is the only part I could not find in order to repair this window.

We unfortunately don't sell an internal latch like you show here. The only solution we may be able to suggest in this instance is replacing it with an all new surface mount latch. You can see our selection here.

The video below will walk you through this process step by step. The goal is just to find something whose installation holes won't overlap with the finger tab you already have in your sash. That may end up being a problem, so just keep it in mind.
