Tilt window pivot bar

Question

Can you recommend a substitution for this or help me find the match? Have no idea the make of window but they are about 40 years old I think installed or sold by Sears. Also would need pivot shoes to work with them. 10 in quantity each piece. Thanks in advance for you time.

Based on your photos, you might have something like our 17-034 and 17-035, or the 17-036 and 17-037 instead. Please compare our hardware to yours to see what you think.
