Hi. Our vinyl tilt window (we think it's Silverline) needs replacement parts. The pivot shoe is 9/16" thick and as best as I can measure the block it's less than 1" wide. The balance length is 35" with red top. We also need pivot bars - the ends have rusted off. Are the pivot bars standards size?

Thanks for posting. I am confident we can replace all these parts, but we'll need more information to be able to help.
For the pivot shoe, can you remove it from the window and give us the exact width and thickness? I am afraid measuring it out of the window is the only way to reliably ID a replacement. See the video below for details on removal and replacement.
For the spiral balance, can you also tell us the diameter of the outer tube? This should be either 3/8" or 5/8". Again, it may be easier to confirm these measurements by removing the spiral balance from the window (see the second video below).
I am afraid there are a number of different pivot bars that might work with this pivot shoe. If you can show us a picture of one of your old pivot bars, preferable undamaged and out of the window, we will try and identify what you need. You can see our selection of pivot bars here.

This looks similar to our 26-399 upper sash pivot bar housing. This is designed to be used with our 26-040 pivot bar. We also sell the 26-330 housing for bottom sashes, if you needed that.
