This part attaches to the top hing arm to the top of the window frame/Hing track. Do you have this part?

Hello,
Unfortunately, the slider used with window hinges is not available separately. There's a good chance that we can supply your hinges but we would need to see photos of the entire assembly to compare to our inventory. Thank you!
