Top Sash Guides

A quick learner from San Clemente CA says:
Can't seem to find this one. The dimensions are 1 and 3/4" long, 5/8" wide. Top square is 3/8" wide by 1/4" high

First hole from bottom is 5/8" and an additional 1/2" between the two holes measured from center of holes

I am replacing Caldwell balances as well, the marking on it is 17 3 with no hyphens

Thank you for posting. Check out our 18-171 and tell me if you think this is a good match.
A quick learner from San Clemente CA says:
I looked at that one but the dimensions seem to be different, this may work as a replacement, however, I will have to drill new holes for the screws.

What would you suggest for the Caldwell Balances? Again, the numbers stamped on it are 17 3

Thanks for your input, really appreciate it.

Without seeing what the attachments are, there is no way for me to tell what Series you have. However, you can always just check out our Channel Balance Home Page and follow the steps shown in order to find the replacement that's best for you.

Hey, thanks for getting back to us. I've narrowed this down to two possible channel balance Series: either our Series 380 or our Series 385 balances.

Now, as you can see, there is only one difference between these two Series, and that is their bottom shoe. The Series 380 uses the 15-005 while the Series 385 uses the 15-004. I can't quite tell what you have based on your pictures, though. Please carefully compare their dimensions to your own hardware and see which is a better match.
