Top closet roller won't fit in track.

Question

I purchased top roller 23-222B and top track 23-246. 23-222B will not fit into it. How do I make it fit or what other roller should I use. The bottom rollers and track work fine.

I'm surprised the 23-222B didn't fit. It is made to install in the 23-246. Can you tell me exactly where you're running into issues? Is it possible the top track became a little twisted during installation? I see that happen from time to time.
