Do you guys carry the Torque Arms for PanAm Awning windows?

Casey from SWISCO responded:

Hello. Take a look at our 36-081 torque bar arm and see how it compares to your original. If it doesn't quite hit the mark, please send us a photo of your original part and dimensions so that we can continue researching a replacement for you. Thanks for posting!

A quick learner from Tarpon Springs, Florida says:
How is the torque arm attached to the torque bar, glued, pressed, welded?. I have the exact parts on my windows. Thanks

Dave Sr. from SWISCO responded:

The torque bar arm sits in the bearing on the lower corner of the window. It is not fastened to the bearing, it just rests in the round cup in the bearing. You will need to remove the screw in the torque bar bearing from the lower corner of the window and pull it away to install the new parts. However, you might need to remove the torque bar completely to complete the repair.

A quick learner from Tarpon Springs, Florida says:
That does not answer my question. I want to know if any adhesive is used to fasten the torque BAR to the ARM. Not the bearing.

Dave Sr. from SWISCO responded:

The torque bar should press into the arm. It should be a tight fit so that the torque bar will stay in the arm of the window. No adhesive should be necessary.
