For your Reynolds Series 4000 window, you will need our 87-021 window wheel with 1/2" ball bearing wheels. To remove your old roller assembly, you would first remove the bottom sash screw, then with a flat screwdriver, pry up the wheel assembly. To install the new roller assembly, you would press in the new wheel assembly and reinstall the sash screw.
