Track/arm for casement window?

Hi - the casement window in my bathroom is hanging off at an angle, and the crank mechanism has become detatched from the window - it works to open it, but then will not close. Should I be looking at changing to whole track that the window is on? Just the crank part? What are these called? Thanks so much for your help. (The cleaner track is the upper one, the dirtier one is the bottom one.)
