Thanks for writing in! Your casement operator looks similar to our 39-382 and its opposite part, 39-381. This operator has a 6-1/2" measurement for the link arm. Look over the dimensions and compare them your existing operator to confirm that these are the right fit.
These are compatible with the 39-107 cover as well as the 39-114L non-folding and 39-205 folding crank handles. There is also the 39-107FK folding handle and cover kit.
We do not carry an operator with a link arm in the size that you currently have, unfortunately. The good news is there are two options that would help to make up for the difference in the measurements.
The first option is a bit of an easier project. To start, you would need to reposition the bracket on the window so that it will accommodate the additional inches. This will require you to drill new holes in the window frame. That being said, you'll need to exercise caution when drilling so that you do not damage the frame or the the glass.
The second option is a bit more tedious but will still help to solve the issue. You would be need to remove the link arms from both the old and new operators so that you can swap them out. For this project, you'll need to drill both the rivets out and then use the 62-014 to attach your old arm to the new operator. Then you'll use a hammer to flatten the rivet, securing the link arm to the gear arm on the newer operator.
Let me know if you have any questions.
