Truth Sill Mount Operators

I have been looking for truth sill mount operator for windows,
similar to 39-221 but it is by truth, code 30-999. can you help?

Thanks for the image! I agree, the 39-221 looks like a good match. Keep in mind that this is a genuine Truth part. Maxim is just the series name. Just make sure all the dimensions are the same.
